Price for the value you deliver, not just the hours. Look at what similar freelancers charge, factor in the 10% service fee, and don't be afraid to start a little lower to build reviews — then raise your rate as your Job Success Score and portfolio grow.

Build a profile clients trust

Complete every section, use a real photo, verify your identity for the badge, and keep your portfolio current. Trust signals like reviews, a strong Job Success Score and Top Rated or Rising Talent status make clients far more likely to hire you.

Keep all chat and payments on Xwork. It's how escrow protects your earnings and how we can step in if there's a problem. Moving off-platform isn't allowed and puts your payment and your account at risk.
