Be honest
Represent yourself, your skills, your work and your intentions truthfully. Don't create fake accounts, fake reviews, or misleading job posts and proposals.
Be respectful
Treat everyone professionally. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats and abusive behaviour are not tolerated.
Keep it on Xwork
Keep communication, files and payments on the platform. Moving off-platform to dodge fees or escrow removes everyone's protections and is a violation.
Do good work, in good faith
Deliver what you agree to, pay for work you accept, and resolve problems fairly. Use the dispute tools rather than retaliating with unfair reviews.
Protect trust & safety
Don't post anything illegal, infringing or harmful, and don't try to scam, phish or defraud other members. Report anything suspicious using the reporting tools or at info@thexwork.com — breaking these guidelines can lead to warnings, suspension or permanent account closure.
